Achieving high levels of personal performance
How to maintain the level of performance during the day? We all know that the ideal is a high level of sustained performance. But this is impossible. Nervous system fatigue after four hours of activity, or even before, if it is more demanding, decreases performance and productivity. Our level of fatigue increases and we are unable to continue. We have to stop and rest. Some people force the situation and over stimulate the nervous system with extraneous substances to maintain the level of performance. However, we know that this is not the right way to do things, and that this provokes health disorders.
The proper management of our personal power, decision-making, and the ability to recover in due time and restore the nervous system are the key, to get the most out of our personal potential.
Increase of energy by doing meditation and incorporating it into our lives throughout the day
The graph shows that if we include advanced meditation (P1 and P2) a strong recovery of energy levels is achieved. While, in a previously normal situation, energy levels are recovered slightly, which is reduced with the passing of time, by doing meditation we can generate “peak performance” in a desired time period.
